National Junior Endowment Scholarship
Annually, the MSBA awards a $500 scholarship through the Endowment Scholarship Fund to current MSBA youth who are either entering or enrolled in a University or College
Tom Clayman Memorial Scholarship
Tom Clayman was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and member of the Montadale sheep community. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those who needed it, whether they were aware they needed it or not. He was involved in the sheep community for most of his life and enjoyed attending shows, taking care of his montadales, and doing it all with his friends and family. To honor his memory, the Clayman family will be awarding a $500 scholarship to those in the Montadale sheep community who are High School seniors planning on attending a trade school, a 2-year college, a 4-year college, or those currently attending the aforementioned institutions.
All-American Jr. Show Scholarship
These scholarships have been created by the Montadale Sheep Breeders Association and funded through the generosity of the Jacobsen Family of California, the Marshall Family of Illinois, the Burns Family of Oregon and the Fleck Family of South Dakota. The scholarships will be providing multiple junior members an opportunity to have all or part of the entry fees paid for the 2018 All American Junior Show. We ask that juniors who are applying for a scholarship return this form and video to the Association Office by APRIL 15, 2018. The committee will announce the winners on May 21st with disbursement of scholarships to immediately follow. We look forward to sorting through many applications from all ages.
